NOT ALONE Annual Event
A night of hope and healing for teens and families. Held the second Thursday of September, during National Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month, this event brings attention to the importance of mental health as we gather to remember, learn and lift each other. Together we are stronger.

Come breathe, stretch, and reset with us in person. Our teen-focused yoga workshops are safe, simple, and fun. Each session gives youth tools they can use anytime stress shows up.

We have seen an improvement in our son’s behavior since beginning yoga with Alli a few months ago. His ability to control his temper has increased, and he seems calmer and more focused. With the issues he has had over the years, our experience is that our time and money is much better spent on weekly yoga practice versus counseling sessions with a therapist, where we never saw any improvement, and did not get the excellent feedback that Ms. Alli provides regarding his progress. Aside from the immediate benefits, I take great comfort knowing that our son is learning a life-long skill that he will be able to fall back on when he faces rough patches in his teen years, into college and all throughout his adult life.

Alli is a knowledgeable and caring teacher. She is a fabulous guide for new and experienced yoga students. I liked doing yoga with Miss Alli because she was kind, generous, patient and gentle. She was amazing in every form and she got me to do the crow pose-I never thought that was possible.

Alli is a great teacher! When I do yoga with her it is so relaxing. I feel calm and safe; it’s like the whole world is blocked out. She demonstrates so well and is also a great person. I feel happy when I’m around her!
I think yoga is special because it focuses on what your body CAN do instead of where you’re lacking. As someone who is still learning to love their body and exercise for pleasure over aesthetics, yoga is a great choice.
