In-Person Teen Yoga
Bring your mat. Bring a friend. Get ready to reset.
Why In-Person Teen Yoga Matters
Being a teen today can feel heavy — school pressure, constant screens, and uncertainty about the future. ISHA WARRIORS’ in-person yoga classes give teens a safe space to move, breathe, and reset. Each class helps teens build skills that reach far beyond the mat.
Yoga teaches teens to tune in to their bodies and minds. Through movement and breath, they learn calm, confidence, and focus that carry into everyday life.
In-person classes bring teens together in a world that often feels isolating. They laugh, stretch, and share real moments of support — reminding each other they’re not alone.
Mindfulness, resilience, and self-compassion are more than yoga goals — they’re life skills. Each session helps teens manage stress in healthy, practical ways.

FAQs for In-Person Teen Yoga Classes
Who can come to in-person classes?
Any teen from the age of 13-18yrs old is welcome! No yoga experience is needed. Our classes are designed for all bodies and abilities — just come as you are.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Before you come, a parent must sign the Waiver & Liability form.
How much does it cost?
Classes are completely free, thanks to generous donors who believe in teen mental health. If you’d like to support future classes, you can donate anytime by clicking here.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable athletic wear. Tops should be tight enough that they do not fall over head when going into inverted poses like down dog. Clothes should not be distracting to others in the class; both in how it covers your body & what graphics are shown. (see Code of Conduct that goes with parental waiver form). Bring a yoga mat if you have one — if not, we’ll have extras you can use.
Do parents need to stay during class?
Parents or guardians do not need to stay and will not be allowed in the yoga class. Parents or guardians may wait in the church foyer or parking lot. Parents must fill out the online consent and waiver form for their teen before class. (You’ll get confirmation after completing it).
How do I sign up?
It’s easy! Just complete the consent form and pick your class time using the scheduler on this page. Although we would love to accept everyone, spots are limited, so sign up early!
