Annual Event

NOT ALONE

A night of hope and healing for teens and families. Together we remember, learn, and lift each other — reminding every teen they are not alone.

Why NOT ALONE Matters

ISHA WARRIORS TEEN YOGA is dedicated to raising awareness about suicide and giving teens the support they need for mental health. Our annual NOT ALONE event is one of the most powerful ways we do this.

Held during National Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month, NOT ALONE is led by teens who are determined to change the statistics. Too many young people feel isolated in their struggles — and in America, we lose an average of 10 teens every day to suicide. Together, we can change that.

When we gather, we remind each other that no one has to face darkness alone. This event brings practical tools for suicide prevention and mental wellness to the whole community. Teens feel seen. Parents feel supported. All who attend walk away with resources they can use right away.

Stronger together, we lift each other up with hope and healing.

What to Expect at a NOT ALONE Event

A night to feel seen, heard, and uplifted.

How do we make sure no one feels alone?

We decorate lanterns to be lit at the end of the night to honor those we have loved and lost so that their light lives on in our memories and in our actions.

We have teens speak who have been affected by suicide and want to give others dealing with mental health struggles hope.

We have a special yoga class that connects us to ourselves and our community more.

After the sun has set we watch the lanterns float on the lake.  It is a powerful time of reflection and healing.

Our Call To Donors:

Supporting more yoga opportunities for teens isn't just about stretching and relaxation — it's about building a healthier, more resilient, and more connected generation.

Today's teens face mounting pressures: academic stress, social media, anxiety, depression, and the challenges of simply growing up in a rapidly changing world. At least 10 teens every day lose their battle with mental illness-making suicide the third leading cause of death in the U.S. Yoga offers teenagers practical tools to manage stress, develop inner strength, and build confidence from the inside out. Studies show that yoga improves mental health, emotional regulation, focus, and even academic performance. It gives teens a safe space to slow down, breathe, and connect with themselves and each other without judgment or competition.

Your support can help bring these life-changing benefits to more teens in our community. By funding teen yoga programs, you are investing in mental health, positive coping skills, and a foundation of lifelong well-being. You are helping prevent crises before they start and giving young people the tools to thrive.

Let's work together to create a healthier, happier future for our teens. Join us in bringing the gift of yoga to the next generation.

Because no teen should feel alone in their struggles. Together we honor those we have lost, while creating a safe, uplifting space for healing and connection.

The evening includes stories of hope, simple tools for mental health, yoga-inspired practices, and a lantern-lighting ceremony to honor loved ones.

Yes! Anyone, anywhere can purchase a lantern to honor a loved one. We’ll include the name or phrase you provide, and your lantern will light up the night with us.

Education and awareness are key. Teens and parents learn signs of struggle, how to talk about hard topics, and how to access local resources for support.

Schools, youth groups, and community organizations are encouraged to attend together. You can also request info about bringing the event to your own city.

You can sponsor a lantern, make a donation, or share the event with others. Every contribution helps bring hope and healing to more teens.
