  • Yes, anyone can sign up for an Isha Warriors membership! Just keep in mind that class content will be tailored to teens! Note: you must purchase an Annual Teen Membership and be between the ages of 12-18 years to be eligible to receive Isha Warriors swag and other Annual Teen Membership rewards. Annual Teen Membership INCLUDES access to all Chair Yoga classes as well so everyone in your household can enjoy the benefits of yoga!

  • Absolutely. Yoga meets you where you are at and your journey might start from a chair! Note: the Annual Teen Membership INCLUDES access to all Chair Yoga videos.

  • The only person(s) broadcast and seen or heard on screen by all participants will be Alli and whoever she has on as a guest that class. Your teen will not be seen or heard and will have absolute internet privacy for their practice.

  • As part of your membership, you never have to miss out on a class! You will have access to replay all LIVE streamed classes at a time that is most convenient for you.

  • Annual Teen Yoga Membership saves 20% off yearly Monthly cost. Plus they get access to all CHAIR Yoga videos as well. Every Annual Member is automatically entered to win Isha Warriors Swag. There are also Annual Member Rewards to celebrate membership milestones. Annual members have FREE access to Special Isha Warriors Live Events.

  • Every Isha Warriors Membership comes with a 7-Day FREE trial! In addition, if you sign up for a MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP and you would like to cancel within the first 15 days of the month, please CONTACT us for a FULL refund.

    If you sign up for an ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP and you would like to cancel within the first 30 days of your membership, please CONTACT support@ishawarriors.com for a FULL refund.
