All classes are designed for teens with teen guests doing yoga.
Teen guests are “real teens” (of all shapes, sizes, genders and race) doing yoga, not paid actors.
New 30min, 45min & 60min classes are added on regular basis.
Each month we work on different peak poses to keep things engaging and challenging.
Chair Yoga is offered for teens with injuries or physical limitations.
Over 200 videos of past routines categorized by type of yoga, length of class time and what area of the body is benefitted.

Having the opportunity to work with Alli by bringing yoga programming to our athletes has been eye opening. This isn't just more physical movement for them, it's a release and an outlet to let go of perfectionism and move their bodies freely.
