This week we are working on…

  • Mantras: “I am confident.” “I am a masterpiece & a hot mess.” “When I am confident, I give others permission to shine too.” “I celebrate others’ successes.”

  • Pranayama: Breath Awareness & Ujjayi Breath

  • Mudra: Dhyana Mudra (ready to receive positive), Karana Mudra (dispel negativity, anxiety, fear and depression whilst enhancing feelings of happiness and contentment.)

  • Balance Pose(s): Eagle

  • Play pose(s): revolved triangle, bound triangle, side plank variations, pyramid with lunge feet
