8 Ways of Vinyasa Flow

Before you do an “All Levels Vinyasa” class, take a minute and watch a few different ways you can move through “your flow” so you know what is the best fit for you.

I always recommend my students start with two blocks (one under each hand) so the earth is easier to reach.
