“We have seen an improvement in our son’s behavior since beginning yoga with Alli a few months ago. His ability to control his temper has increased, and he seems calmer and more focused. With the issues he has had over the years, our experience is that our time and money is much better spent on weekly yoga practice versus counseling sessions with a therapist, where we never saw any improvement, and did not get the excellent feedback that Ms. Alli provides regarding his progress.
