What Drives Us
Being a teen today is harder than ever.
School pressure. Social media stress. Anxiety. Depression. Eating disorders. Loneliness. Suicidal ideation. Too many teenagers feel like they’re carrying the weight of the world on their own. ISHA WARRIORS exists to give teens tools to breathe, move and heal. Every yoga class, podcast and in person event we offer guides teens to tap into their inner strength and remember- "You are enough. You are strong. You are not alone."

At least 10 teens every day lose their battle with mental illness-making suicide the third leading cause of death in the U.S. Yoga offers teenagers practical tools to manage stress, develop inner strength, and build confidence from the inside out. Studies show that yoga improves mental health, emotional regulation, focus, and even academic performance. It gives teens a safe space to slow down, breathe, and connect with themselves and each other without judgment or competition.
