Every September, Isha Warriors hosts an in person event entitled “Not Alone” for teens and their families (ages 13 and up) in Avon, Indiana at Washington Township Park. This event takes place during National Suicide Awareness and Prevention Week to bring more attention to the importance of mental health.
Too many feel alone in their struggles and we have lost too many…we honor those we have loved and lost;
That their light may live on in our memories, in our actions and in our communities to inspire us to love more & connect more. Let’s do more to promote a thriving mental health mindset for our teens.
Everyone can afford to participate in this annual event because it is FREE.
All lanterns bought and donations received throughout the year for this event will allow us to host more events like this!! Your support is needed.

How Can I Make a Difference?!
Isha Warriors is sponsoring this event for FREE because we want EVERY teen to be able to; One, feel the support of friends and community.Two, receive the physical, emotional and mental benefits of yoga.Three, have an opportunity to process and grieve those they have lost in a positive space.Fourth, feel an increase of compassion for others.Fifth, be more aware of the 2nd leading cause of death in teens and feel empowered in helping change that statistic.
