Body Positivity Series: 6 Week Yoga Series
Welcome to a fun empowering series created to build self confidence, respect and love, as well as, physical strength and emotional resilience. Each week builds on the one before, so start by clicking on the Week One icon. You can try out all the different routines that go along with the weekly theme or repeat a favorite. As you enjoy six weeks of podcasts, journal prompts and yoga routines, remember that you will get the most out of this series and see the biggest difference in your daily life if you practice yoga at least twice a week and actually take time to do the journal prompts and use the tools suggested!
You will feel most supported if you have a mat, a long exercise strap and 2 blocks. You may also want a chair close by to use for standing balance poses or to help you get up and down off the mat!
